Short messages can be roughly divided into two types:

First, you send text messages to mobile phone users. In this case, the short message fee is 0. 15 yuan/message (between networks) or 0. 1 yuan/message (within networks). For example, if you are a Unicom user, the charge for sending short messages to Unicom users is 0. 1 yuan/article, and that for sending short messages to mobile or PHS users is 0. 15 yuan/article.

Second, you said it. When you use some services provided by SP, such as participating in some interactive games, texting, quiz, etc., the SMS fee can be divided into the following two types:

1, monthly fee If you choose the monthly service, no matter how many messages you send to this SP, you will be charged according to the monthly fee. Different services charge different monthly fees, ranging from 5 yuan/month to 20 yuan/month.

2. Communication fee If you don't choose a monthly subscription, the short messages sent when you participate in these activities are charged by the article. Specific charging standards are set by SP, including 0.5 yuan/article, 1 yuan/article and 2 yuan/article.
