What should I do if I forget my QQ password but cannot receive the verification code?

1. The first step is to open QQ on your mobile phone and enter the login interface. Click More Options below and then click the Retrieve Password button that pops up on the page. Click Retrieve Password for the second step, enter your QQ account, and then complete the security check. Since the mobile phone number cannot receive the verification code, we will perform data-assisted verification.

2. If you forget your QQ password, you can use the security question to retrieve it, you can also use the bound mobile phone number to retrieve it, or you can appeal to retrieve it. Open the password retrieval processing page by clicking "Retrieve Password" next to the login window or "Retrieve Password" in the prompt box.

3. On the QQ login interface, click "Forgot Password". Enter the QQ Security Center password management interface, enter the QQ account number and verification code, and click "Next". Enter the password retrieval interface. If QQ has set up a password before, you can click "Verify Password to Retrieve Password".

4. Open the QQ software and click the Unable to log in option in the lower right corner. In the pop-up tab, select Retrieve Password. Enter the bound mobile phone number and click Next. Enter your QQ account number and click OK. Enter the verification code and click Verify. Enter the password and mobile phone number on the SMS verification page and click Next.
