Unlike express delivery, logistics is all bulk goods. When you do logistics, you go to a factory to pull dozens of tons of goods, like Zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival, pulling several cars. This is not heavy, but the calendar during the Chinese New Year is heavy. A small box is too heavy to hold two or three cars at a time. You have to label and classify it when you go back.

I studied logistics management and worked as an intern in a logistics company. After graduation, I also spent two years in a logistics company, a logistics company in Beijing and two sales offices in Fengtai District and Daxing District. The places where I live are places with more logistics, and I often go to places like Debon and Anneng.

The sales department has a manager, a supervisor, a financial officer, and then three or four salespeople. Salespeople can become middle-level salespeople and supervisors through promotion, which is actually a few hundred dollars more to do the same job. The easy part is finance, which is generally for girls. The supervisor works as well as the manager. Of course, some managers are lazy, but most are good.

The sales department also has a department that can pick up and receive goods, and only receives goods. The Fengtai department where I first stayed was the receiving and dispatching department, and Fengtai, Dongcheng and Xicheng were all taken in Fengtai. Fengtai goes to a 3-ton truck every morning, and then starts unloading, pulling it down with pallets and cows, and the system sends a message to inform people to pick up the goods. When someone picks up the goods, they will find out where the goods are, make a list and help people install them. Other main things are that someone delivers the goods to people to weigh, measure the volume and calculate how much money, invoice, package and label. Contact customers who have placed orders online, and write down what the goods are when you pick them up at home. In the afternoon, contact the headquarters to pick up the goods, ask for a car and pack the goods. how much is it? Label it and let the driver pull it to the headquarters. There is also answering the phone to reply to the inquiry and contacting customers who have not picked up the goods for a long time. Go to the department and count the goods left in the warehouse every day.

These things need salespeople to do. Don't look so much, but it won't take long. Of course, I won't keep you idle. I will let you call customers every day and go out to find customers. After all, you still need performance. There are not many customers here in Fengtai. I heard that I have been losing money, but I mainly raised it myself. It's still quite good here. Everything sells well and has a very good relationship with customers and other logistics around. Later, it was transferred to the Fifth Ring Road, and Fengtai closed without colonization.

Daxing department is a department that only receives goods, but it doesn't have to unload goods every day. I'm not used to not unloading goods in the morning. After unloading, check to see if there is any broken maintenance. The customer came to help, and the morning passed. There is no need to unload the goods. There will be a meeting in the morning, and we will call our customers. The manager also decided how many calls to make the next day. Logistics people change quickly, they are all interns, and they are not old enough to fight. I was criticized for the afternoon meeting, but I still didn't play. Later, I was fined. Now let's play. In the afternoon, I asked you how much you played and how many interested customers you had. In any case, it is quite confusing.

There are many couriers on the Fifth Ring Road every day. In the afternoon, call a driver out to pick up the goods. The driver comes to the department first and takes one or two people to contact the customer and load the goods. It's not bad to follow around. There are not many people who want to make a phone call when the department doesn't go out for home delivery. The goods pulled back are also very troublesome, and they have to be unloaded and weighed. Light goods don't need to be unloaded on the car for volume measurement. Many need to be packed. After everything is finished and labeled, load the car and then get off work. At this time, it was very late. I have never worked normally in the Fifth Ring Road, and Fengtai punches in normally every day. Although the performance of Wuhuan is good, the index is higher and it has never won a bonus. Although Fengtai has no performance bonus, it still has money to unload. Life here is not good. Fengtai lives in the apartment rented by the company and is relatively poor. It's the second floor, where you work below and sleep above. Later, all the old employees of the department left, except me, two new employees. I didn't make up for it for a long time, so I quit. Later, this department also closed down.

This is the case in the sales department. The department at headquarters is not bad. There are personnel in charge of recruitment and training at the headquarters. The finance department and the vehicle dispatcher are responsible for arranging where the driver will deliver the goods and arranging vehicles for the subsequent business departments. There are also older people who are responsible for loading and unloading. Headquarters also has regular training for new employees. The general manager has been promoted, and so has the manager. Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei all go to Beijing headquarters, but the real big headquarters is in Guangdong, and 400 people are in Guangdong.

In the sales department, loading and unloading, packaging and inventory are relatively simple. However, I don't think everyone likes to make phone calls, and there are many phones on the Fifth Ring Road. The inquirer asked where the goods had arrived and asked them to make compensation. The key is to answer the phone every day and ask the leader what you did. You said you answered the phone, and he didn't care how many calls you answered, just looked at your performance. Fengtai people have a big temper. I remember complaining to me twice when I went to the Fifth Ring Road. Once he asked me what my job number was, and I said you didn't care about my job number. Another time, a guy spoke badly and called me names. I'll call you right back. Hang up. Needless to say, they all complained about me, and it was serious, but in the end it was like that. I still remember that once I said I would pick up the goods for a customer, but I didn't go. The customer hurried to the door. I met this client with a colleague, and the colleague agreed. When I answered the phone again, I said I could pick up the goods, but I didn't go. He came to take pictures of us and said he would hit us. Of course, he finally pretended. At that time, all of them had just graduated, and each had a bigger temper than the other. The staff changed quickly and the managers all ran away.

One advantage of the salesroom is that it can earn some money when picking up the goods, such as sharing the upstairs fee with the driver's master, otherwise who will go upstairs with you. You need cash to go upstairs, but not much. What's more, the goods brought back to the department are counted as customers' money. There is a manager in Chaoyang who can be a regional manager and never goes because there are many customers, and the rebate is much higher than the salary.

The other is that colleagues in the department have a good relationship. I am often half an hour late for work in Fengtai, and the finance department is the first to go, and all the cards are clocked in. The relationship between the five rings is also quite good, but there is a person with a good relationship who sometimes comes back to live after leaving his job and finally lends me 500 yuan. Because of the good relationship, I transferred it to him without saying anything. I won't contact again in the future. The relationship between colleagues is too weak.
