Message service refers to financial information services such as account information, customer care and product promotion. Provided by ABC in cooperation with communication operators through SMS, email and fax.

At present, personal short message service provides services such as account change notification.

1. When the current balance in the bank card exceeding the initial amount is transferred to the fixed sub-account in the bank card through telephone banking, personal online banking and other channels, a short message will be sent.

2. A single message can be sent for 24 hours, including: credit card, transfer, cash withdrawal, etc. The mass information is from 07: 00 to 22: 00 the next day, including: bulk mortgage loan (this transaction information is not timely, so the balance is not displayed. ), announcements initiated by the Head Office, regular interest settlement, etc.

3. ABC's SMS service has been launched. It will use ABC debit card or quasi-credit card to spend overseas, and when the mobile phone is roaming internationally, it will send SMS to customers.

4. After batch transfer through personal online banking, you can receive the short message of each transaction. If the signing card or passbook is in the state of password lock and loss reporting, and the money has been remitted to the account, you can also receive the SMS notification of account transfer normally.

5. SMS notification service has been launched. Credit card agreed repayment and fund change of investment wealth management products (including RMB wealth management products and fund products) will be notified by SMS, which belongs to batch SMS and will be sent on the second day of the maturity date of wealth management products.

6. All batch transactions have been uniformly optimized, and the balance is no longer displayed (including but not limited to: automatic contract transfer, overdue deduction, financial return to principal, financial dividend, summary bookkeeping, fund subscription, zero contribution, fund redemption, normal repayment, premium deduction and win-win between deposit and loan).

7. There is no foreign currency notification in the debit card transfer SMS of the Head Office, and only branches such as Shanghai send the notification SMS of local customers' debit card transfer in foreign currency.

8. The balance shown in the SMS notification includes frozen funds. For example, if the account has 6,543,800 yuan, 30,000 yuan is frozen and 20,000 yuan is transferred out, then the balance displayed in the short message is 80,000 yuan.
