Is Anhui restricted to purchase?

According to the owner's guide, the restricted cities in Anhui are Anqing, Suzhou, Xuancheng, Lu 'an, Chizhou, Fuyang, Chuzhou, Huangshan, Tongling, Huainan, Bengbu, Wuhu, Maanshan and Hefei. The cities that Anhui can't buy are Bozhou and Huaibei.

Anhui generally refers to Anhui Province. Anhui Province, referred to as "Anhui" for short, is a provincial administrative region of People's Republic of China (PRC), with Hefei as its capital, located in the Yangtze River Delta in the east of China, bordering Jiangsu Province in the east, Henan Province and Hubei Province in the west, Zhejiang Province in the southeast, Jiangxi Province in the south and Shandong Province in the north.
