Qq has been frozen. How to thaw?

QQ account is temporarily frozen due to abnormal status or suspected violation. You can log in to mobile QQ, enter your account password, click Login, select "Handle" according to the page prompts, and cancel the operation according to the relevant prompts.

Temporarily frozen accounts can be unfrozen in the following ways:

2. SMS Cancellation: The unfreezing page will prompt a random code, such as "JF 1234". Send a random code to the designated port number with any mobile phone number to verify the cancellation.

3. Time release: Time freeze cannot be released in advance, but will be released automatically after the time is over.

4. Cancel the friend guarantee: Please log in to the mobile QQ, enter the account password, click Login, and then choose to handle it according to the page prompts. According to the prompt, invite qualified friends to scan the code for auxiliary verification, and cancel if the verification is successful.

5. Face verification cancelled: Please log in to QQ, enter your account password, click Login, and follow the prompts on the page to verify your mobile phone and face. If the verification is successful, it can be cancelled.

6. Cancellation of real-name verification: Please log in to mobile QQ, enter your account password, click Login, follow the prompts on the page, and cancel after real-name verification according to the prompts.

7. Face+real name verification cancelled: Please log in to mobile QQ, enter your account password, and click Login. Follow the instructions on the page and select the process. After the real name face verification is successful, you can log off.
