Is Xiaomi's mobile phone only able to restore short messages by opening the cloud service?

Xiaomi's mobile phone can recover short messages without opening cloud services. The specific recovery steps are as follows:

1. First, we need to Root our Xiaomi mobile phone, and then we can get the database source file of SMS. It's very simple to root a millet phone. You can search and download "Tencent one-click Root" on the Internet to Root your mobile phone.

2. Install a software called "Re Manager RootExplorer" on your Xiaomi mobile phone, and you can search and download it online or on application market software such as "360 Mobile Assistant".

3. Open "Re Manager RootExplorer" on your mobile phone, and then click "data \ data \ com.android.telephony \ databases". Under this folder, we can find two files "mmsms.db" and "mmssms.db-wal", which store the binary source data of all short messages. Let's check these two documents.

Note: If you can't find mmssms.db-wal on Xiaomi's mobile phone, just copy the mmsms.db file.

4. Click the "..." icon to return to the upper directory until you return to the root directory. Then find the "sdcard" folder, click Enter, and then click "Copy here" in the lower left corner to copy the first two files to this folder.

5. Connect Xiaomi's mobile phone to the computer, and copy the mmsms.db (and mmssms.db-wal) file under the letter of the mobile phone to a folder on the computer.

6. Search and download a software called "Louyue SMS Recovery Software" on the Internet, open it after downloading, and then use this software to open the newly copied mmssms.db file.

7. Click the menu "File" and "Restore Deleted SMS" on the software again.
