What if the bank card is frozen and the SMS fee cannot be deducted?

Legal analysis: If the bank card has no money, the SMS fee will not be deducted, but it will remind you that the balance is insufficient and the SMS fee deduction failed. Generally, if there is not enough short message fee in the card for more than 3 months, the bank will automatically stop the short message service. If you deposit money, the bank will deduct the corresponding SMS fee. For cards that are not commonly used, users had better cancel in advance, otherwise the bank will still charge SMS fees and service fees according to normal procedures.
