Download ringtone information fee: every time the customer successfully adds a ringtone to the personal ringtone library, the download ringtone information fee will be charged. The information fee standard is set by the content provider (SP) and charged by our company. The highest 5 yuan.

3. The business cooperation mode of 3.CRBT service.

Distribution of monthly function fee and communication fee income.

China Mobile fully enjoys the monthly function fee and communication fee generated by customers or SP using communication channels.

Distribution of information fee income.

Principle of information fee settlement: 85% of the receivable amount of CRBT business information fee shall be settled to SP, and 15% shall be the revenue of China Mobile.

Two. Prerequisites for SP to apply for cooperation

1, SP must have the business license of enterprise legal person, the business license of telecom value-added services (the business license of information value-added services approved by the Ministry of Information Industry or local telecom management departments), the bank account opening license and the use license of some related information sources and other materials. At the same time, SP shall abide by the the State Council Order of the People's Republic of China (No.292), the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services and other regulations on the administration of Internet information services.

2.SP's reputation evaluation: In the process of cooperation with Monternet services such as SMS, MMS and WAP, or in the process of cooperation with other provinces, China Mobile will not accept the cooperation with SP in the field of color ring back tone services during the penalty period.

3.SP should have perfect customer service system, excellent technical strength, deep understanding and confidence in the mobile Internet industry and other basic qualities.

4. The main management personnel of SP should have more than one year's management experience in the same industry, be able to deeply understand the cooperative management method of mobile Monternet service SP-CRBT business volume, and be familiar with the CRBT service process.

5.SP must have mature or unique technical development capabilities in wireless data services and information services, and have a technical team with in-depth understanding of the application and service development specifications of Monternet CRBT services.

6. SP with unique/advantageous resources that can promote business development is preferred.

7. The registered capital of 7.SP is more than RMB 1 10,000 yuan.
