Solution:

(1) Too much cached data: Go to Settings-Program Management-All-Find the problematic application and clear the data or cache.

(2) Too many running programs: too many background programs on the mobile phone lead to insufficient memory, which leads to application flashback. Some mobile phones will flash back because of hardware limitations and insufficient memory. Please clear memory first, and then try again.

(3) Anti-virus software for mobile phones: Some mobile phone software contains malicious code, which will be intercepted by anti-virus software and cannot enter normally. You should download high-security games through the green download platform or use the software store.

(4) Program version problem: If the downloaded application version is low, sometimes the application will flash back because the application software is incompatible. When the new version comes out, some software of the old version will be incompatible with the server, so if the version is too old and causes flashback, just download the new version.

(5) Incorrect installation location: You can switch different installation locations in Setup-Storage-Preferred installation location or it is determined by the system.
