In April, 2022, the Guangdong Higher Education Self-study Examination will be postponed on July 16- 17. Candidates who take the exam in our city should make the following preparations:

1. Candidates print their own admission tickets.

Candidates can log in to the "Candidate Entrance" of Guangdong Self-taught Examination Management System within 10 days before the exam, and print the admission ticket by themselves. The original card admission ticket is no longer used as a certificate to take the exam. When printing the admission ticket, you must strictly follow the requirements. After logging into the system, click the download admission ticket button to download the admission ticket PDF file and print it on ordinary A4 paper. It is forbidden to print screenshots, web pages, etc. It is forbidden to make any marks (including the front and back) on the paper admission ticket.

Two, provide "two certificates", "one meter, one yard and one certificate", and accept the on-site temperature measurement.

Candidates should provide their original valid ID card (excluding electronic identity) and printed admission ticket when entering the test center every time, submit the Health Declaration Form of Guangdong Higher Education Self-study Examination truthfully filled in and signed by the candidates, show the green code of "Guangdong (Sui) Kang Code" and "boarding card" on their mobile phones, and show their negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the first day of this exam (i.e. July14th) 37.3℃)。 Candidates without "Guangdong (Guangzhou) Kangma" green code are not allowed to take the exam.

If you lose your ID card, you must bring your valid temporary id card or temporary photo identification, social security (citizen) card, driver's license, passport (for foreigners only) and residence permit in Guangdong Province. If it is consistent with the information in the candidate's admission ticket and the seat table of the examination room, candidates can be arranged to take the exam in the examination room. The above requirements for valid identity documents only apply to the candidates who took the self-taught examination in our city.

If a candidate comes (returns) to Guangzhou from a low-risk area in a local epidemic area within 7 days before the exam, the Guangdong red code is green on the day of the exam and must be provided twice within 3 days before the exam (that is, the exam results can be displayed electronically or in paper form after 0: 00 on July/KLOC-3); The interval between two times is more than 24 hours).

If the body temperature measured on site is abnormal (body temperature ≥37.3℃), and the body temperature is still abnormal after proper rest in the temporary observation area, you may not take the exam.

Three, candidates have one of the following circumstances, shall not take the exam.

(a) confirmed cases, suspected cases, re-examination positive, asymptomatic infected persons, close contacts of close contacts before the quarantine (monitoring) period, close contacts of close contacts and entry personnel;

(2) Having lived in a high-risk area for 7 days, and implementing the measures of centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days or home isolation medical observation for 7 days according to the epidemic prevention policy;

(3) On the day of the exam, the code of Yuekang is red or yellow;

(4) Failing to provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test;

(5) Abnormal body temperature (body temperature ≥37.3℃) measured on site is still abnormal after proper rest in the temporary observation area;

(six) according to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control policy, it is still in the state of centralized isolation medical observation, home isolation medical observation and home health monitoring;

(seven) does not meet the relevant requirements of the local government's epidemic prevention and control policies;

(eight) other circumstances that are determined by the on-site health and epidemic prevention personnel to be unable to take the exam.

Fourth, step on the examination room

Test center route: be familiar with the test center, know where your test center is, and check the transportation mode in advance. If the test center is far from your residence, candidates can book hotels near the test center in advance to avoid being late.

Examination room classroom: Candidates can determine their general orientation in the examination room through the schematic plan of the examination center.

During the exam, keep abreast of the weather and make travel plans in advance.

5. Enter the venue on time and sit in order.

Candidates must go through temperature measurement and identity verification when entering the test center. Candidates are advised to arrive at the test center 60 minutes before the exam.

Candidates must enter the examination room with the admission ticket and valid identity documents (excluding electronic identity) within 30 minutes before the exam, and take their seats accordingly.

Six, the absence of the exam is not included in the integrity file.

Candidates who did not participate in the extension of the self-study exam in April 2022 due to the need of epidemic prevention and control are not included in the integrity application file of the self-study exam, and can apply for the next self-study exam as required.

Seven, no illegal cheating.

Candidates must carefully read the Rules of Guangdong Higher Education Self-taught Examination Room, Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examination, Education Law of the People's Republic of China, Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (Amendment 9) and other requirements, abide by the rules of examination room, and do a good job in integrity examination.

Eight, matters needing attention

(a) candidates should take the initiative to accept the invigilator's epidemic prevention inspection and identity verification according to the regulations, use metal detectors for safety inspection and make necessary inspections of personal belongings.

(2) Require candidates to wear disposable medical masks or above when entering the test center (examination room). Except for the necessary authentication procedures such as face recognition, it is not allowed to take off the mask at other times.

(3) Candidates entering the examination room are not allowed to bring any communication tools (such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies and other wireless transceiver equipment), electronic calculators (except courses where calculators can be used), electronic notebooks, electronic storage and memory recording and playback equipment, cameras, correction fluids, correction tapes and other items unrelated to the examination into the examination room. If you have communication tools, be sure to turn them off or mute them and put them in the designated place of the test center. It is not allowed to borrow stationery from each other in the examination room.

(4) Before the exam, after receiving the test paper (including the answer sheet), candidates should first check whether the course name and course code of the questionnaire and answer sheet are consistent with the courses they apply for, and whether there are problems such as missing pages, missing questions and unclear handwriting in the test paper. If yes, you should immediately raise your hand and report to the invigilator; After the examination begins, if there is any registration or replacement, the delayed examination time will not be extended.

(5) After15 minutes, candidates are not allowed to enter the test center to take the current subject examination; Candidates are not allowed to hand in their papers 30 minutes before the end of the exam. After handing in the papers, you are not allowed to enter the venue to take the exam, and you are not allowed to stay or talk near the examination room.
