There's nothing in the refund number. The refund number indicates that the merchant has agreed to refund. If the buyer has problems with the late refund, he can appeal through the refund number.

Precautions for refund:

1, the order status is that the buyer has paid, and 48 hours after the buyer applied for a refund, the seller didn't click delivery, and the money was automatically returned.

2. The order status is that the seller has delivered the goods and the buyer applies for a refund. The system gives the seller 5 days to reply to the refund. If the seller fails to reply to the refund within the time limit, the system will automatically reach a refund agreement and wait for the buyer to return the goods. At this point, the buyer has 7 days to operate the return. If the buyer fails to return the goods within 7 days, the system will close the refund.

After the buyer returns the goods, the system will give the seller a refund by 30 days' surface mail and 10 days' express mail. If the seller fails to operate within the time limit, the system will automatically refund the money to the buyer.

3. The order status is that the seller has delivered the goods, and the buyer only applies for a refund and does not return the goods. After applying for a refund, the system will give the seller 5 days to reply to the refund. If it fails to reply within the time limit, the system will refund the buyer according to the amount of the refund applied by the buyer.

4. For the refund application rejected by the seller, if the customer service intervention is applied, the rights defender will intervene and verify it within 48 hours after the proof period.
