Telecom number has no network to receive short messages.

There are two reasons why mobile phones with 4G telecom cards can access the Internet or can't make calls:

The user's telecom card is an Internet card, which can only be used for surfing the Internet and sending short messages, but not for making phone calls.

The mobile phone number can surf the internet but can't make a phone call. There is only one network that the user's mobile phone chooses to register, which may be designated as 3G and not connected to the 2G network.

Solution:

Mobile phone main menu selection settings.

Select a mobile network.

In the network type selection, select CDMA automatic.
