1. BYD has or will soon start selling in more than 40 countries in overseas markets. As a resource management and protection, how to protect related domain name resources on the basis of limited cost? At the same time, what kind of domain name structure is used by colleagues in automobile enterprises, and what are the good solutions for pre-registration?

2. In the future, BYD's overseas agents will gradually increase. How to ensure the consistency of website style /logo system (or VI) in all regions?

Two weeks later, HR called and said that the report was well written and he would go to BYD for an interview next Monday.

It takes 2 hours from downtown to Lydia headquarters (located in Pingshan, Longgang District). The subway construction is going on along the line, and it is bumpy all the way. When I arrived at BYD (BYD's headquarters base is bigger than I expected, and the gate is magnificent, but the office environment and facilities of the Hexagon Building are very general, with dozens of people as a big studio, and the interior of the Hexagon Building is like a gossip array, and it took a long time to find the HR office), HR was not there, but a girl (probably an assistant) received me, asked me to fill out a personality test paper and other forms, and then came in for a formal interview with the heads and managers of two departments. During the whole interview, I felt that all the expressions except "English self-introduction" were good.

After the interview, I asked the girl: When can I get an answer? Because another company informed me to go through the entry formalities, if the time is too long, I may not be able to wait. (Because from the previous telephone and email interview cycle, BYD's recruitment process is too long for most people to bear), the girl said that HR is not in the company today and will reply in about a week.

After I came out of BYD, I quickly explained to the company that informed me to join the company, and I would wait until next week to decide whether to join the company.

On Tuesday, HR called me to discuss the salary and asked if 5000 was acceptable (I indicated that the salary requirement was 6000 at that time), and I agreed at that time.
