1. Download and register the "National Government Service Platform" app-find "COVID-19 Vaccination Information Inquiry" in the list at the top of the homepage;

2. Click "COVID-19 Vaccination Information Query"-click "Query Now" after the page jumps;

3. After jumping to the details display page again, the vaccination information includes: vaccination times, vaccine name, manufacturer, vaccination date and vaccination place;

1. Open the letter-search for "official account of Qinghai Xinkangma WeChat" in the search bar-click Enter to find the "Xinkangma" entrance at the bottom and then click Enter;

2. Find the item "Vaccination Record" in the jump page, and click Enter;
