The Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education of my country proposed a research notice on the theory and practice of "mobile education" in December 2001. Since then, mobile learning has received widespread attention in the country. 2 Application of mobile communication technology in various fields of education and teaching

1) Application in mobile learning. Mobile learning is a new learning model. It means that learners can obtain learning resources through handheld mobile devices such as mobile phones and PDAs and wireless communication networks at any time and anywhere they need to learn, and communicate and learn with others.

Currently, the main form of learning in colleges and universities is classroom teaching. Mobile learning can be used as an advanced extracurricular independent learning model for students, and can be an effective way to assist teachers and students in extracurricular learning. Since mobile learning has the characteristics of mobility, convenience, personalization, interactivity, and the use of handheld mobile devices, most current handheld mobile devices such as mobile phones have limited memory and screen, so full consideration must be taken into consideration when producing mobile learning resources. The characteristics of handheld mobile devices are that they should be easy to display and browse on mobile phones and other devices, take up small storage space, and be easy to operate, etc., to meet the personalized needs of students for learning.

2) Application in mobile OA system. Our school's existing OA system currently only uses the traditional function of publishing information or announcements.
