Why can't Lenovo mobile phones accept short messages?

In view of the problem that your short message cannot be received normally, we suggest you refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Near the rush hour, too many users may visit the base station, which is caused by the network congestion of operators. I suggest you try to change the time period and environment, and at the same time compare it with other users around you.

2. Please confirm again whether all the contact information can't be received normally. If it is a personal contact, I suggest you recall whether you have set up a blacklist of relevant contacts, or use some third-party message interception related functional software;

3. It may be caused by insufficient storage space. Please enter the information interface-press the menu key-Settings to check whether the SMS is stored on the SIM card by default. It is recommended to switch the storage location and lead to the space of the mobile phone. In addition, you can also set to check whether the space of the mobile phone is enough.

4. Rule out the above possibilities, or it may be caused by abnormal SMS program settings. If you download other third SMS software, you can uninstall it. If you use your own SMS, you can go to Settings-Application-Find SMS (or Lenovo Address Book)-Clear data to improve it, and back up SMS, contacts and other information before operation to avoid data loss;

5. If possible, it is recommended to replace other SIM cards to see if you can send and receive SMS normally. Do not rule out that it is caused by an abnormality in your SIM card;

6. There is no improvement after the above operations. It is recommended that you back up the fuselage data and restore the factory settings (ps: remember to back up the data before operation to avoid personal data loss) to see if it has improved.

If the problem still cannot be effectively solved, for your normal use in the future, it is recommended that you take time to go to a nearby Lenovo authorized repair station for specific inspection and treatment.
