Why can't vivo mobile phone receive Tik Tok's information notification?

1. Go to Settings-Notification and Status Bar-Apply Notification Management-Find the corresponding software-Allow notification-Turn on the switch, and check "Pause notification, screen lock notification, desktop corner" below.
