Can I change my password on my mobile phone with my medical insurance card?

The card can change the password as follows:

Tools: mobile phone, Alipay or WeChat app.

1. First, open the Alipay or WeChat application on your mobile phone.

2. In Alipay, click "Citizen Center", then click "Medical Insurance", and then click "Password Management" option.

3. On WeChat, click "I" below, then find and open the "Medical Health" option, click "Electronic Proof", and then click "Brush Medical Insurance".

4. In both applications, you need to go to the personal center page and click "Reset Password".

5. Finally, on the password reset page, click "Get Verification Code" for the mobile phone number bound by medical insurance, enter the verification code and enter the six-digit password.
