Article 79 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License

Motor vehicle drivers who have scored 12 points for road traffic safety violations during the internship period will be disqualified from driving during the internship period. If the cancelled driving qualification does not belong to the highest permitted driving type, it shall also be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 78.
