How to untie the original equipment when changing mobile phones in China?

Unbinding can be done in three ways: mobile banking client self-service, online banking cross-channel unbinding and counter unbinding. 1. The customer logs in to the mobile banking client with the original bound mobile phone device, and completes the unbinding after authentication with a single mobile phone transaction code, Bank of China E-bill+mobile phone transaction code (or Bank of China E-shield in audio); ; 2. Customers can use online banking and use BOC E Order+mobile phone transaction code or BOC E Shield to complete the unbinding; 3. When registering online banking and bank cards/discounts associated with online banking (mobile banking), customers can unbind at any counter of our bank with valid identity documents.
