1. Operators shall not commit any of the following illegal acts of fabricating and disseminating price increase information such as epidemic prevention supplies and commodities for people's livelihood:

Spread fabricated information about price increases.

Although the information dissemination is not fabricated information, it uses urgent or induced terms such as "serious shortage" and "about to raise prices across the board" to push up price expectations.

Spreading opinions, calling on or inducing other operators to raise prices.

Spreading or fabricating other information that may push up the price expectations of epidemic prevention supplies and people's livelihood commodities.

A fictitious shortage of local supply or a surge in market demand.

Fictitious other operators have raised prices or are preparing to raise prices.

Two, the operator shall not have the following illegal acts of driving up prices or disguised price increases:

Operators who produce epidemic prevention supplies and raw materials for epidemic prevention supplies do not put their products on the market in time.

Wholesale operators do not transfer epidemic prevention supplies and people's livelihood commodities to consumer terminals in time. Operators in the production and wholesale links are excluded from the reserve or planned allocation of epidemic prevention materials according to the requirements of the government or relevant government departments.

Retail link operators fail to sell relevant commodities to the outside world in time without justifiable reasons.

In the process of selling epidemic prevention supplies, other commodities are tied up by force, and the price of epidemic prevention supplies is raised in disguise.

Without raising the price of epidemic prevention supplies or commodities for people's livelihood, the distribution cost is greatly increased or other fees are charged.
