The Administration for Industry and Commerce will handle the complaint within seven working days from the date of receiving it and inform the complainant.

Failure to accept or terminate the complaint does not fall within the scope of duties of the administrative department for industry and commerce; After the purchased goods exceed the shelf life, the respondent will no longer be liable for breach of contract; Other organizations, such as consumer associations or people's mediation organizations, have mediated or are dealing with it, and so on.
