I dropped my Huawei mobile phone. Can you locate it when it's turned off? How to deal with it?

Mobile phone positioning requires the mobile phone to meet the following conditions at the same time: the mobile phone is turned on, the mobile phone is connected to the Internet, the mobile phone logs into Huawei account, and "Find My Mobile Phone" is turned on (both are indispensable).

1. Location display is offline: the mobile phone is not connected to the internet now, or it is turned off, so it cannot be located.

2. Location shows no device: the mobile phone is not logged into Huawei cloud service, and the "Find My Mobile Phone" button is not turned on. The mobile phone and the webpage are not logged into the same Huawei account.

If the mobile phone meets the four requirements of positioning at the same time, but it still can't be positioned successfully, please try the operation according to the following steps:

1. Log out of Huawei account on the mobile phone, log in to Huawei account again to open the function of finding my mobile phone, and then log in and locate it on the search my mobile APP or webpage;

2. When the mobile phone network is unstable, the device will also be offline. You can switch networks and log in again.
