You can unsubscribe from the mobile email service in the following ways:

1. Log in to the Web version of Womailbox /mail/login.action to unsubscribe;

2. log in to WAP version of Womailbox/ unsubscribe;

3. Send a short message TD to 106555 16 to unsubscribe;

4. open Womailbox client > account settings page > other settings > user unsubscribe;

5. Move to the business hall to cancel the email account;

6. Call 100 10 customer service hotline to unsubscribe.

Tips: At present, 4G products can only be changed or unsubscribed through the business hall.
