Why didn't I receive the previous text message after the bank card expired and changed?

After the bank card expired, because the SMS reminder service was not opened when changing the card, the previous SMS was gone. The Regulations on Bank Card Replacement Business requires that when the bank card expires, I need to handle it on the spot with my original ID card, re-register the user information, avoid changes, and enable SMS reminder service. If the SMS reminder service is not enabled, the previous SMS will not be displayed, and the bank information will not be reminded by SMS afterwards.
