What does Yulin Arbitration Commission do?

Yulin Arbitration Commission is a civil and commercial arbitration institution established by Yulin Municipal People's Government in April 2007. We advocate and carry forward the advanced arbitration culture with practical actions, take "fairness, timeliness, honesty, efficiency and arbitration for the people" as the purpose, create a harmonious, cooperative, honest and mutual understanding arbitration atmosphere, handle dispute cases with the principles of independence, justice, flexibility and quickness, and wholeheartedly provide efficient services for the parties to resolve contradictions and disputes and achieve a win-win situation.

In order to build a public legal service platform in modern society, Yulin Arbitration Commission established the Third Arbitration Commission in March 2065438+2008, with Comrade Qiu Dekui, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor as its director. The Commission has 65,438+086 arbitrators. All appointed members are experts in legal investigation, economy and trade and people with practical work experience. They are located in five first-tier cities in China, namely, North, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou, and their specialties cover more than 30 fields such as financial securities, futures, real estate and international trade. They are to implement the arbitration legal system, strengthen the construction of arbitration team, resolve social contradictions and serve economic construction.
