How to handle call records that cannot be saved on Android phones:

1. Adjust the phone system time: When the phone system time is set incorrectly, call records cannot be saved. You can manually reset the correct time and date on your phone and try again.

2. Exit guest mode: Some mobile phones cannot save call records when they are in guest mode. You can exit guest mode and try saving again in normal mode.

3. Adjust the display of call records: When the filtering function of call records is enabled, the address book may not be fully displayed, leading to the mistaken belief that the numbers in the call records have not been successfully saved. You can enter the call record setting interface, select Show All and then try to save the operation.

4. Format the memory card: Duplicate files or incorrect files in the memory card will also cause call records to fail to be saved. You can back up the data in the memory card, format the memory card, put the memory card back into the phone, restart the phone and try to save the call records.

5. Clear call/contact stored data: You can try to enter Settings-Application Management, select to clear the stored data in contacts or calls, and try to see if it can be saved normally.
