Second, the port throughput has dropped significantly.

The obstruction of international trade and the closure of international routes have greatly reduced the port throughput in China, and the supply of routes is extremely scarce. In terms of coastal ports, many routes in Southeast Asia, Europe and North America were suspended, which seriously affected the cargo transportation in coastal ports. In terms of ports and inland rivers along the Yangtze River, Zhejiang, Hubei, Chongqing and other provinces and cities have suffered serious setbacks, especially for Wuhan's domestic trade and water transport industry.

Third, the basic recovery of railway transportation production and the utilization rate of extension resources need to be improved.

Compared with highways and ports, railway freight has maintained a relatively stable and smooth state, and the transportation organization is more orderly. Railway transportation production has basically resumed, and the characteristics of large transportation capacity, fast transportation speed and low transportation cost have been continuously exerted in the aspect of cargo transportation guarantee. However, due to the epidemic situation, the combined transport services of railways, highways and ports are not well connected, and there are problems in cooperation, so the utilization rate of comprehensive resources needs to be further improved.
