Postcards are frozen. Can I still get text messages when someone transfers money to me?

1, frozen bank cards can deposit funds, but cannot be transferred out or withdrawn;

2. Freezing is temporary and can be thawed at any time;

3. The mobile phone number bound by the cardholder is still in normal use;

4. If the card is cancelled, the transfer is unsuccessful and the short message cannot be received.
