Method 1: Bring your ID card, bank card, and normal mobile phone number to the bank counter to submit an application for activating the ICBC Messenger service. You need to provide your ID card, bank card, and mobile phone that accepts SMS reminders. Activate through the counter staff, it will take effect upon success, and a text message will notify you of successful activation;

Method 2: Log in to ICBC Personal Online Banking, enter ICBC Messenger—>Messenger Service Agreement—>Use Agreement—>Activate Service Agreement -> Activate/Modify/Cancel" -> Select "Activate" customized messenger service -> Confirm the activation is successful.

Method 3: Apply through the self-service terminal at the ICBC branch, insert the card and enter the password After the identity verification is passed, select ICBC Messenger Service -> Select activation (check the messenger usage agreement) -> Enter the bound mobile phone number -> Verification code confirmation -> Activation successful
