Cancellation of tobacco license requires: personal identity card, tobacco business license, and filling out an application for voluntary abandonment of tobacco business. According to the Measures for the Administration of Tobacco Monopoly License, it will be cancelled three months after the announcement.

China implements the tobacco monopoly system, and the portal website of the tobacco monopoly bureau can apply for seven businesses: new business, change, extension, replacement, closure, resumption of business and closure. Detailed rules for the implementation of the measures for the administration of tobacco monopoly licenses

Article 57 The holder of a production and business operation license is under any of the following circumstances, which belongs to the circumstances specified in Item 1 of Article 44 of the Measures for the Administration of Tobacco Monopoly Licenses:

(a) due to the reasons of the license holder of the tobacco monopoly production enterprise, the technical and equipment conditions required for the production of tobacco monopoly products are no longer available;

(2) Production and operation beyond the scope approved by the license;

(3) An enterprise holding a license for a tobacco monopoly production enterprise sells cigarette paper, filter rods, cigarette tow and special machinery for tobacco to units or individuals without a license for a tobacco monopoly production enterprise without authorization.

Article 58 A holder of a tobacco monopoly retail license is under any of the following circumstances, which belongs to the circumstances specified in Item 1 of Article 44 of the Measures for the Administration of Tobacco Monopoly Licenses:

(a) due to the reasons of the holder, there is no longer a fixed business place or the business place and residence are not independent;

(two) due to the reasons of the holder, the conditions of the business premises do not meet the requirements of the rational layout planning of tobacco products retail outlets when obtaining the license;

(three) due to the reasons of the holder, the business premises are not suitable for dealing in cigarettes due to safety factors;

(4) Failing to operate at the business address approved by the tobacco monopoly retail license;

(five) beyond the business scope approved by the tobacco monopoly retail license;

(six) the use of vending machines or other forms of automatic sales, sales or disguised sales of tobacco products;

(seven) the use of information networks to sell tobacco monopoly products;

(eight) the amount of illegal tobacco monopoly products is more than 50 thousand yuan or the amount of illegal income is more than 20 thousand yuan or the number of cigarettes is more than 200 thousand, and criminal responsibility has not been investigated.

Article 23 If the production and business operation license holder needs to suspend production and business operation for more than 3 months, and if the tobacco monopoly and retail license holder needs to suspend business operation for more than 1 month, he shall apply for suspension of business before suspension. The application for suspension of business shall be within the validity period of the tobacco monopoly license, and the suspension period shall not exceed one year. In case of suspension of business or early resumption of business, the holder shall apply for early resumption of business.
