Can I try again after 12:00 midnight or after 24 hours if I enter the wrong password for my Bank of China bank card twice?

If the Bank of China debit card has an incorrect password for five consecutive transactions within a day (regardless of channel), the system will lock the card.

If you forget your password, you can report the password loss at the Bank of China counter. On the day when the card is locked, you can go to the counter of Bank of China with your valid ID and debit card (electronic cards do not hold cards) to apply for debit card unlocking. The teller will verify the cardholder's identity before accepting it. If the debit card unlocking procedure is not completed on the day when the card is locked, the system will automatically unlock it after batch processing on the same day.
