1. Support protocol

With Bluetooth connection, you can make hands-free calls with a smartphone or mobile phone that supports Bluetooth configuration protocol HFP or HSP.

If your smartphone or mobile phone supports both HFP and HSP, please set it to HFP.

Depending on the smartphone or mobile phone, the operation may be different.

This headset only supports ordinary incoming calls, and does not support calling applications of smartphones and computers.

4. If you don't hear the bell through headphones.

Headphones may not be connected to smartphones or mobile phones via HFP or HSP. Check the connection status of smart phone or mobile phone.

If the playback does not pause automatically, please operate the headset to pause the playback.

Operate the smart phone or mobile phone to adjust the volume.

To end the call, press the button on the right of r or the left of l.

If you answer the phone while playing music, music playback will automatically resume after the call is over.

Tip: By default, some smart phones or mobile phones will answer the phone through the phone instead of the headset.
