What should I do if the touch screen of my mobile phone is broken?

If the touch screen of the mobile phone is insensitive/out of order, it is suggested that:

1. Check whether there is a film on the phone. If you have any suggestions, cancel the film on the screen and try again.

2. If the touch screen of the mobile phone is completely out of order, I suggest you restart the machine and observe it again.
