Why can’t I receive the verification code on my Oppo phone?

If you do not receive the verification SMS, there may be the following problems:

1. Network delay, please wait or obtain the verification code again later;

2. A mobile phone number can send up to 10 text messages per day. If it exceeds the limit, you will no longer be able to receive text messages from the official platform. It is recommended that you try again another day;

3. If you have added such text messages before blacklist, you cannot receive it. It is recommended that you remove it from the blacklist and try again.

4. If you have unsubscribed before or complained to the operator about such notification text messages, such text messages containing verification codes will be blocked by the operator. Please call the operator to handle it;

5. If you no longer use the mobile phone number, you can check "Change the mobile phone number bound to your account" below, change the mobile phone number bound to your account first, and then try again.
