When the bank card is restricted from OTC trading, you can call the service hotline of the issuing bank at the first time and switch to manual service to ask why this happens and what you should do to avoid detours.

The above six situations are common, but it does not rule out that banks may be injured by accident.

If you have a bank card, this will not happen. For example, if you often transfer large sums of money, it may be that the banking system has detected the risk of money laundering. However, if there is no illegal crime involved, you can go directly to the bank to lift this restriction. There are still many friends who like online shopping, so if online shopping often returns orders, it will also be restricted from over-the-counter transactions.

In this case, if you want to lift the restrictions, you can only apply for lifting the non-counter restrictions at the bank outlets with valid certificates such as ID cards. Under normal circumstances, there is no such situation in the verification of outlets, and it will be lifted directly for you. However, if there is any abnormality, the outlet will let you go to the police station to issue a certificate. If you feel troublesome, but the outlets refuse to give in, you can choose to withdraw all the money and cancel the bank card. Then go to another bank to get a new bank card and continue to use it. However, banks will not restrict your over-the-counter transactions for no reason. When using the new card, you must try to avoid the same situation as the old card.
