How to set the message reminder function of Smart Care App?

After using Glory K 2 to bind with Smart Care App, you need to set the message reminder function of Smart Care App. The operation steps are as follows:

Please confirm whether to log in to Smart Care App on other mobile phones. If multiple devices log in with the same watch account at the same time, only the last device that logs in can receive the notification.

Message reception is also related to application settings, as follows:

Android users:

1. Open the notification authority of smart care App in mobile application management;

2. Add the smart care App to the background protection program to prevent the smart care App from being cleaned up by the mobile phone background.

Huawei mobile phone: EMUI4.0 and below, please visit Mobile Manager >; Automatic startup management and protected applications are set to manual management, and startup allows self-startup, associated startup and background startup;

The background protection is turned on by default in EMUI5.0 and above. Please make sure it is open.

Non-Huawei mobile phone: Please be sure to add smart care App to the background protection. Specific methods can be consulted with mobile phone manufacturers.

IOS users:

Please turn it off and on again to allow Smart Care App to send notifications (phone settings-notifications -Smart Care- Allow notifications).

Third-party mobile phones and Huawei mobile phones below EMUI5.0 are not included in the white list. It is recommended to consult the customer service of mobile phone manufacturers.
