Coolpad plans to board a new mobile phone, and it needs SMS verification of the mobile phone number. Unfortunately, the mobile phone number has been shut down and no SMS can be received.

If the mobile phone can't receive SMS/MMS, the memory is insufficient. It is suggested that you clean the memory of the mobile phone as follows:

1. Clean up the read call records and text messages in time.

2. Clear the Internet records of mobile phones: browser-menu key-settings-privacy security (privacy)-clear cache, clear history, etc.

3. Move the multimedia files to the external SD card. Operation:

1). For Android 2.3/4.0/4. 1 system: My Files-All Files -sdcard0- Find the folder to be moved-Press and hold-Move to-Return to the outside _sd- Click "Move here".

2). If it is above Android 4.2: Application-My Files-All Files-Device Storage-Find the folder to be moved and open it-Menu button-Select All-Click the three column icons-Move, return to the parent directory, click the SD memory card-select the related folder (or create a new folder)-and move it here.

Note: For Android 2.2 and earlier versions (some Android 2.3 systems do not support the built-in hard disk), multimedia files are stored in the external SD card by default.

4. If it is a picture/video shot by a camera, you can set the storage path to SD card in advance. Operation: Open the camera-Settings-Memory-Memory Card.

5. Uninstall third-party software that is not commonly used.
