Olexing's mobile phone number has been cancelled. How to change a tie?

Olexing's mobile phone number has been cancelled. To change the binding step:

1. Log on to horace's homepage.

2. Click on the sapphire icon in the lower right corner of the page to recharge Austrian currency. After opening the recharge page, select SMS to buy a card.

3. Enter the mobile phone number in the box that prompts for the mobile phone number.

4. Click the new mobile phone number next to the box to change the second mobile phone number.
