Ding (female, 27 years old, from Wanzhou District, Chongqing) violated the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) by spreading information such as He Moumou's identity documents and family situation through Weibo.

After investigation by public security organs, on February 23rd, 2007, Ke Jiquan, who was raised by Wu Mou, was first discovered by an owner of the community and kept by the doorman of the community, and then taken in by the owner Shi Moumou who lived in the community. Shi Moumou posted the information of transferring the dog through the WeChat circle of friends, and He Moumou took the dog home on the same day after seeing the information.
