How to modify the anti-counterfeiting code of Westward Journey

1. Ask/answer questions by birthday and password.

Step 1: Fill in your passport user name and your registered birthday, and then click-> & gt Next step;

Step 2: Answer the password prompt question, the new password and the random code you set, and click-> & gt Next step;

Step 3: Submit successfully and complete the new login password setting.

2. Through a confidential mailbox

Step 1: Fill in your passport user name and your registered confidential email address, and then click-> & gt Next step;

Step 2: After the submission is successful, we will send you a confirmation email to set a new login password.

Step 3: Please click the link to modify the password according to the prompt in the email and reset the password within three days;

Step 4: Fill in your passport user name and new password, and then click-> & gt Next step;

Step 5: Submit successfully and set a new login password.

Tips: If you haven't received the email, or the email has expired for three days, you can request to send the email again. Some email addresses may not receive the confirmation email sent by us. We suggest that you use other e-mail addresses of Netease as your confidential e-mail, such as: 2280MB super-large Netease 126 free e-mail user name @ 126.com, or Netease VIP e-mail address that provides distinguished services.

3, through the associated mobile phone

If your passport account has been associated with a mobile phone, you can reset the login password in the following ways:

Mobile users and Zhejiang Unicom users:

Step 1: Fill in the pass account;

Step 2: We will send a verification code to your associated mobile phone;

Step 3: Fill in the verification code and new password, and reset the login password of the pass.

Unicom users (except Zhejiang Unicom users):

Step 1: Fill in the pass account;

Step 2: Your associated mobile phone will receive a check code first;

Step 3: After filling in the verification code, Unicom will send you another verification code according to your verification code;

Part IV: Fill in the verification code and new password, and reset the login password of the pass.

4. Set the password directly through SMS.

If your pass account is associated with a mobile phone, you can also retrieve your password by sending SMS directly:

The mobile user sends the character "PW new password" to 1630 (for example: PW 123456).

Unicom users send the character "PW new password" to 9 163 (for example: PW 123456).

You can set the login password of the pass to the password you just filled in the short message.

Step 5 pass the security password

Step 1: Enter the pass account number and security code, set a new login password, and click-> & gt Next step;

Step 2: If the user name and security code are correct, you can set a new login password.

6. Through customer service
