First, the registration qualification

3. Candidates who apply for the exam must go to the department for on-site confirmation after completing the "online registration", and go through the procedures of electronic photo collection, proofreading and registration information confirmation (candidates with electronic photos do not need to collect images).

Second, the charging standard

According to the Notice of Hunan Provincial Price Bureau and Hunan Provincial Department of Finance on Adjusting College English Examination Fees (Xiang Jia Fei [2005] 147), the registration fee for CET-4 is 26 yuan per person, and the registration fee for CET-6 is 28 yuan per person.

Third, the way to apply for the exam

Take the combination of online registration of students and on-site confirmation of payment by departments (departments).

1. Students register online.

Students log on to the registration system of CET-4 and CET-6 in Hunan Province for online registration. Online registration time is from September 16 to 24: 00 on September 23 at /cet/. Please check your name, ID number, photo and other personal information when you register.

2. Department on-site registration and payment

Students who cannot register online due to reasons such as changing their ID numbers, changing their names, transferring schools, etc., shall be summarized by the Academic Affairs Office of each department (department), fill in the application form for on-site registration (see annex 1), and report it to the Examination Center of the Academic Affairs Office on September 24th. Any supplementary report beyond the deadline will not be accepted. Departments (departments) should sort out the proof materials of student status change or transfer forms, and report them to the Academic Affairs Office before September 30, otherwise they will not be confirmed to apply for the exam.

Fourth, the timing.

Candidates who register online shall go to the department (department) for registration information confirmation, electronic image collection and other procedures at the specified time. The department (office) shall print the proofreading text of the registration information according to the regulations, and the candidates shall sign it after proofreading, and the head of the department shall review and sign it to ensure that the online information is completely consistent with the proofreading text.

Registration information check: On September 24th, the examination administrator (provided by the examination center with the user name and password) logged into Hunan CET online registration and examination management system (/cetgl/), printed and distributed the registration information check list according to the class, and asked the candidates to check the information and sign for confirmation.

2. Image information collection: On September 25th, collect photos of candidates who have no electronic photos or have wrong photos in the registration system. Image data collection can be completed on the spot, or students can be required to submit it as required. The pixel of the supplementary photo image shall not be less than 192 (height) × 144 (width), and must be named after the ID number, and the department shall report it to the Academic Affairs Office.

3. Information confirmation: From September 26th to September 28th, the department administrator collects the registration fee according to the check result, and then finally confirms the candidates' registration information in the online newspaper system. For students who apply for CET-4 and CET-6 at the same time, the department administrator will delete their misreported score information in the "Registration Review (Delete)" function in the system "Registration Management" before confirming.

4. Submission and payment of materials: On September 29-30, all departments (departments) verify whether the number and level of fees are completely consistent with the number and level of applicants in the online newspaper system, fill in the registration summary table (see Annex 2), and submit the registration fee to the Finance Department. Then submit a copy of the registration information checklist signed by the candidates, a paper draft (stamped with the official seal) and an electronic draft (sent to 282768096@qq.com) of the registration summary table, and a copy of the fee payment to the Academic Affairs Office.
