The phone bill is wrong. How can I return it?

1. Open WeChat, click "I", and then click "Pay".

2. On the "Payment" page, click "Mobile Phone Recharge".

3. On the "Mobile Phone Recharge" page, click "My" in the upper right corner.

4. On the My page, click Orders.

5. On the "Mobile Phone Recharge" page, you can find the wrong order through "Order Details" and click "Query/Complaint" corresponding to the order.

6. Click "I want to complain".

7. In the order information, open the "Complaint Reason" drop-down list.

8. In "The reason for your feedback", select "Wrong number".

9. Click "Refund" in "What you want to do".
