Glory V 10 mobile phone doesn't ring?

Please confirm whether mute mode is turned on. When the machine is turned on in mute mode, the bell will not play. Click settings > voice > mute mode, please turn off the mute mode switch, set the phone to ring mode and try again.

Please make sure that the ringtone is turned off. Click settings > voice > more sound settings > startup ringtone, please turn on the startup ringtone switch and try again.

If the above operations still cannot be solved, please back up important data and bring the purchase invoice to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing and processing.
