If the message tells you to call (except 95566), you can basically conclude that it is a deceptive message, so ignore it. Otherwise, you can call 95566 and ask if there is a credit card in your name. If they tell you there is, take your ID card and check it in the credit card department of the bank. When you find it, you are ready to report it.
