2. Log in to the Active Links application.

3. Fill in the mobile phone number and enter the verification code.

4. Login is successful. Click "Citizen Code" to enter the citizen code section.

5. Click on the bid code

6. Follow the prompts for operation certification.

7. Select the bank to bind the card, open the e-wallet, receive the subsidy, and draw the exchange number.

8. Get the subsidy and exchange number.

9. Check the e-citizen code.
