Sending method: after editing the short message, enter (+)+opposite country or region code+opposite customer number at the sending number.

Sending fee: When you are in Chinese mainland, send short messages to foreign friends. The fee is 1 yuan/article. Not included in the current SMS discount package, it is charged separately.

Sending range: you can log in/roaming/com _ outside/com _ service/20121t 20121024 _ 40174.htm to query international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan short messages.
