The road between my community and the urban valley of the community next door was originally a municipal road. The plan was clarified in 2013. The announcement from the Second Directly Affiliated Administration regarding the scope of urban valley land stated: “According to on-site surveying and mapping in August 2013, the southern wall of the urban valley garden exceeds the red line of the urban valley project land by about 20 meters. The current status of the southern wall of the urban valley is The overoccupied land was planned to be the municipal road "Dachong 1st Road" (now renamed "Dachong 4th Road"). Various government documents, including the Transportation Committee's letter of opinion on December 10, 2014, state that this road is a municipal road and a fire escape for our community. The current use of municipal roads as private communities in urban valleys not only seriously harms our Personal safety, it is a serious infringement of state-owned land! At the same time, two vehicle entrances and exits in my community are built on Dachong 4th Road. Now the urban valley illegally occupies Dachong 4th Road, resulting in our two two-way lanes and Fire exits cannot be opened. This is a complete violation of rights!

Now the country requires the opening of community access roads. This kind of encroachment not only fails to respond to the country’s call, but is also a clear encroachment on state-owned roads! How can such an obvious illegal incident be allowed to happen in our Nanshan District, a demonstration area with the largest GDP in the country! We sincerely request the district committee and district government leaders and relevant departments to fulfill their responsibilities, urge law enforcement agencies to handle this illegal incident, and severely punish those responsible! !
