Business introduction: Hefetion is a basic communication service provided by China Mobile based on 4G network and 2G, 3G, WLAN and 4G four-network collaborative environment. It is a basic communication service such as voice, messaging and address book. The upgrade under 4G is a new product that strives to meet customers' basic communication upgrade and social needs. Product forms include Native terminal, mobile APP client, and PC client. Hefetion (Converged Communications) can provide some communication services to mobile phone customers of other domestic operators, but its available functions are less than those of China Mobile mobile phone customers.

Charge standard:

1. Business function fee:

1. In a free network environment, register as a Hefetion customer, download Hefetion, and use Hefetion Fetion’s basic functions (sending text, voice, video, picture and other messages) as well as online voice calls, video calls and multi-party calls are free of charge;

2. In a paid network environment (including 2G/ 3G/4G and other mobile data networks), a certain network usage fee will be incurred, which is charged by the network provider. Please consult the network provider for tariff details.

2. SMS fees:

1. When China Mobile customers use Hefetion to send messages to China Mobile customers and convert them to text messages, SMS fees are waived;

2. When China Mobile customers send messages to customers with non-China Mobile mobile phone numbers and convert them to domestic SMS messages, they will be charged a SMS fee per message (tentatively 0.01 yuan/message); when they convert to international SMS messages, international and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan charges will be charged per message. SMS fee (tentatively 1 yuan/message);

3. SMS messages sent by Fetion Mobile customers to 12520 or 12520 extension number will incur SMS fees, which are the same as local SMS rates.

4. Hefetion mobile customers can receive text messages sent by 12520 or 12520 extension number for free.

4. Data traffic charges:

(1) Within mainland China: 1.
